Week 28 ~ Pictures

Even though the ultrasound appointment ended with the trip to the hospital, the pictures have been the best to date! There were quite a few, but many were very similar, so here are our favorites.

Extra rare siting, Gracelin showing her face.
The dome next to her arms is Isabella's head. :)

Isabella also showing her face.
Adding to the shape of her head, it looks
like she may also have her daddy's chin & nose.

Gracelin laying on her arms.
It looks like she also may have her daddy's chin,
not sure yet on her nose since we haven't gotten a good imagine yet.

On the Right is Isabella's profile & on the Left is Gracelin's foot
which Iz is about to use as a paci!

Oldie but a Goodie!

I wasn't able to post this video before, but with my new laptop I can!

Kenny and I thought we would find out the genders at our 15 week ultrasound (at this point we thought we were at 16 weeks, almost 17), which is why took the video. We didn't find out the genders this week, but the video is still really fun to watch. :)

Ultrasound: Week 15 (W15:D6)

Top bunk
You can see: Ears, both eyes, nose, mouth, chin, part of both arms, both knees, some toes. Their head is also the same shape as Kenny's right now!

Bottom bunk
You can see: Full body area, part of both arms, part of both legs.

Ultrasound: Week 13 (W13:D3)

The babies were really challenging to see this week. They were in funky positions (perpendicular to one another) which made capturing their image really difficult.

Bottom bunk: You can see the eye (socket), nose & mouth.

Measuring top bunk
75mm or 2.95 inches

Measuring bottom bunk

Both babies

Ultrasound: Week 11 (W11:D3)

We only got 1 picture this week, but we did also got to hear their heartbeats for the first time. It's great of the top bunk but unfortunately, not so great of the bottom bunk. Top bunk: You can see the mouth, nose & a hand near their mouth.

Ultrasound: 9 Weeks (W8:D6)

These are the first pictures ever taken of the babies!

This was the first image I saw when the ultrasound began. Before the doctor could say a word, I knew we were having twins. This was confirmed 1 second later when he said, "Well, you're having twins." :)

Measuring the baby in the "top bunk"
